Live view enhancements

A number of things have been discussed that we could add to live view, including both image enhancement-related functions and analysis.

• [ ] Noise reduction
• [ ] Gradient removal
• [x] SNR calculation
• [ ] reticle / croshairs overlay on image to aid in centering (Spud Mckean Nz)

Sorry to pollute the feed, but I have been away for a while, and I am wondering what this "Live View" thing is. I see no "Live View" tab in the web interface, and I have pulled the latest release through Github Desktop - I am on a Linux host. Is there any documentation you could point me to - I can find no mention in the README. If this "Live View" is what the telescope is seeing, that would be great...

To enable the Live View tab:

Edit your cong.toml in ~/seestar_alp/device and uncomment the #experimental = true line under [webui_settings]
