Improve home page for multiple telescopes

The current Home Page does not scale with multiple telescopes. Performance degrades, and it is hard to navigate. We should change it to show a table when there are multiple telescopes. It must be useable on mobile devices.

Thoughts for columns:

• [ ] telescope name with link to right SSC page
• [ ] telescope location (for remote federation)
• [ ] status: target, mode
• [ ] health: battery, disk space
• [ ] some contextual actions, perhaps?

Most users of Seestar Alp have a single telescope, so we should keep the existing screen, or something similar to it, for one telescope. (Perhaps as many as two.)

That's a good starting point for what I think of an "Operation status summary" i.e. what you would keep an eye on once a Federation is running a schedule of observations I think being able to configure the refresh rate for the information in the table would be good, especially if remote information may be slow to obtain. Other info of use:-

• Heater status (maybe heater on/off from this page) ,
• Number of frames captured/dropped/percentage dropped (allows you to see if clouds are increasing drop rate for example)
• Comms status to that scope
