in GUI, one should be able to enter current location as target position. E.g., -1 for RA #38

In seestar_alp daemon, one can enter -1 for RA to specify to capture image at current position. I don't see a way to do that in the GUI. Instead, currently, one need to enter the RA/Dec values.
