Planner: support specifying center of image/mosaic #466

In the Planner, the center of the image/mosaic can only be specified as the center of a found object. In order to better frame the image field, adding RA/Dec entry boxes (as in the Image and Mosaic panels) would be sufficient. Being able to move the individual frames graphically would be even better.

I second this request. Would make mosaic planning much more flexible. I thought this was already planned and being updated.
