Error from server (InternalError): error when creating "services/ingress.yml": Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "validate.nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io": Post "https://ingress-nginx-controller-admission.kube-system.svc:443/networking/v1beta1/ingresses?timeout=30s": dial tcp 10.97.217.165:443: connect: connection refused

Happens on first run. Added an extra sleep . We shall see if this helps with ingress service the next time I set up things from scratch.

Called last to avoid this error
