Allow sending of specific IR codes #384

Awesome component, this one! I use it with different Broadlink RM Mini's to quite a few dumb TV's and air conditioners throughout my house.

It would be awesome to be able to send specific IR commands that media player doesn't support, in order to create buttons in the HA interface to mimic a remote control. Buttons like "source" to send the command to cycle through the inputs, or a method to specifically send a channel number button, like "7" and "0" to allow changing to specific channels.

Similar to allowing functionality in https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/remote/
