Modifying this project introduced me to git, and netbeans is to blame for all the line changes due to automatic formatting. I assume at some point I would use the pull request to move into a tree other than the master, in addition to not making one giant update. Regardless, hopefully you can use some of this and speed yourself along for an official update.
(also, colors are seriously bugged. I dont know if it was something I did or if bukkit changed.)
