Reopen same publiction when saving review #10

When saving review, scroll down to the same publication and expand its details.

It would be better to save it via a REST call and not to refresh the page.

The very best solution would be to get rid of the "Save" button completely a save it via a REST call whenever a label is added/removed, checkbox checked/unchecked, or textfield exited.
