update most outdated packages
switch from nightwatch directly to webdriver, a couple of reasons for the switch:
- we don't really need the full power of nightwatch, we only use it in one place
- our version of nightwatch has some security vulns
- we can't really update to the latest version of nightwatch due to this bug: nightwatchjs/nightwatch#1986
- nightwatch seems to be deprecating the functionality of using it without the full test runner
