Make preferences more discoverable #146

I'd like to update my installation preferences but I don't see any obvious places in my home directory where this is possible. I've grepped my dotfiles for various terms like "smart" and "smartcard" in the hopes I can get the applet I need for Yubikey PIV pairing to appear (see screen shot) which I inadvertently disabled after a recent Sierra upgrade. It'd be useful if configs had better documentation or were more easily discoverable. Thanks!

My bad guys. Feel free to close this. The applet is a part of the PIV manager and has nothing to do with your project. I figured out how to reenable it.
