admins should have the option to add sidebars to posts and pages

[x] Page & Post Sidebars Register the following sidebars:
1. Sidebar A
2. Sidebar B
3. Sidebar C

post and page cpt: add metabox with these options

Sidebar Template Dropdown with Sidebar A, Sidebar B, Sidebar C as options
Sidebar Location Dropdown with Left, Right

[x] Blog Sidebar - no settings needed. If widgets exist, output sidebar on the template. applies to blog, category and tag templates
