a) Be able to upload a new “Description Template” (now called "Index") b) System should indicate the date the file was uploaded c) We need to be able to fix errors, e.g.: i) Demography-Male Population is in the Indicator List, but is incorrect. If we change it to Sex-Male Population, male does not show up on the Community Area Summary Pages ii) Very low birthweight is duplicated in the Indicator List and neither Indicator Page loads. I deleted the indicator from the back end and reloaded it, but it didn’t help. iii) YPLL is duplicated in the Indicator List and a 404 page shows up when either one is clicked.

Duplicates appearing in the indicator list: Lung cancer incidence and Lung Cancer incidence Colorectal cancer incidence and Colorectal Cancer incidence I tried deleting both on the backend and reuploading, but the issue was not resolved.

For Colorectal cancer incidence, I was able to remove the file and re-upload with a file that had the indicator name as "Colorectal Cancer incidence." This worked to remove the duplicate, but the capitalization of the second word is not ideal. This did not work, however, for Lung cancer incidence-the duplicate listing did not go away when the file was deleted from the backend.
