Elevating these items from #333 that are still an issue

Federal Poverty Level and Sexual Identity data missing in the trend graphs for (all Healthy Chicago Survey indicators), including but not limited to:

Adult Binge Drinking Prescription opiate misuse Adult smoking Adult e-cigarette use Adult fruit and vegetable servings Adult physical inactivity Adult soda consumption Easy to access fruits and vegetables Neighborhood safety Annual Dental Cleaning Breast cancer screening Cervical cancer screening Colorectal cancer screening Health care satisfaction Received needed care Dental care emergencies Adult obesity Asthma Diabetes Hypertension Behavioral health treatment Serious psychological distress

Missing sexual identity in the trend graphs is also an issue with YRBS indicators (e.g., youth smoking, youth physical activity)
