Rotate hero image on refresh #763

This relates to issue #762. It would be great to utilize a number of photos for the hero image and that the image changes upon refresh of the page.

This way a number of kids, professions, and neighborhoods are represented as the first thing families see when visiting our website.

Currently, this feature is unnecessary because the main goal and content of this website is the applying to preschool. I am going to keep this issue open, but move it to the next phase of work.
