Our partners requested that we update the splash announcement on the hero image:

English The Chicago Early Learning Online Preschool Application is temporarily unavailable. Please check back soon to apply online. Our team is actively working to make sure the application meets all needs of Chicago families. We apologize for the inconvenience.
