Add map images to Family Resource Centers page #851

We still need to add the map image assets to the Family Resource Centers page as seen in the original design - #828.

@theandrewbriggs This map image needs to be added even though we only have one Family Resouce Center. We also should add the light grey lines to divide the section and I would recommend centering this center on the page:
