Staging: Changing address terms forces user to re-enter birthdate #894

Once a parent has entered their search terms and reached the search results page, if they change the address they have to re-enter their child(ren)'s birthdate(s). This is something we already know and it would a better experience if we remembered that information and just adjusted the search results based on the new address search terms.
