Update "Important Update" content on 9/29 to reflect Family Resource Centers change #911

The important update content on the homepage needs to be updated because the Family Resource Centers are changing until next summer.

English content Pre-K Application Process Announcement: As of October 2, 2017, summer sites for Family Resource Centers will close until next year. Colman, 4655 S. Dearborn St., will remain open as the central location for Chicago Public Schools verification every Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM. For more information on the Pre-K application process, click here.

Spanish content Anuncio del proceso de aplicacion de Pre-K: Del 2 de octubre, 2017, los sitios del verano de centros de recursos familiares cerraran hasta el proximo ano. Colman, 4655 S. Dearborn St., quedara abierto como el lugar central para vericicacion de Chicago Public Schools los lunes - viernes, 9AM - 5PM.
