Add links to Aldermen social pages etc #254

@GovInTrenches can you please work on filling out the Councilmatic and Website columns?

OK the spreadsheet is completely populated. @santheo can you confirm that you will use this Google Doc as the source for the info? That would be super-useful if we could use it to update as time goes by and have it populate the site.

I will use. Not sure how much luck I'll have in making it completely dynamic, but at the very least it'll be an easy manual process to update. How often do you suspect you'll be updating the spreadsheet?

Twitter, Facebook & Councilmatic icons are up. They could stand some tooltips, but that's not mission-critical. I also restyled the section a little to de-emphasize the alderman name compared to the ward name.

Okay so the problem was that both columns were called 'WEBSITE', so the CSV to JSON conversion tool I used replaced the first one with the second one. I renamed the second column, re-exported, and now we're good.

Also I made a new column for a properly-cased version of the alderman's name, which GDocs made easy for me.

Anyway, is it okay that the name links, or do you want an icon?

Oh crap. I thought I was specific, but looking back, I see I was not. So here's the thing:

Bring back the website link that goes to the City website page for each Alderman. Call that "Contact" (or make an icon for "Contact"

Name = link to website is good.

And that will be that for that. Sorry I was unclear.

No problem. I added the addition icon for the city website. I used the Chicago star. I can change this to a different icon if you wish.

I also added tooltips to all the icons. Lmk if you need them to read differently.
