Private Notes for Administrators / Last Update #36

It would be useful to have a field in which only administrators would see including information about the last update and last audit. About every quarter, I'd like to go through the list and make sure nothing's changed. (For example, one of the library locations is undergoing construction and is closed.)

I'd like to hear a little bit more about how you imagine this would work. By "last update" I imagine you're talking about the last time the record was saved to Fusion Tables. How about last audit? What's that?

Also, where do you want that info displayed, on the Edit screen, or on the public-facing side for logged-in admins only?

The notes field would be on the Edit Screen for logged in admins only. Every quarter, I'd like to run through the list just to make sure nothings changed. There are times when I call and I don't get an answer. I'd like to be able to jot down notes about the location that indicate what info I was trying to verify - or if some other note comes up (we got a call saying this location is closed). Currently, I'm writing notes in a google doc about the locations that I need to get better information on - mainly the Center for Higher Development locations.

Rather than a last update, I think a better term would be last verified. I think a date field would suffice. (I can update it through the edit page as I'm going through the entires.)

Does this make better sense?
