Create a page of food poisoning resources #25

This would be a friendly page for residents ("how to tell if you have food poisoning or just a bad tummy ache") and restaurant people (food safety).

Could link to many resources at CDPH as well: https://webapps.cityofchicago.org/healthinspection/General_Info.jsp

Assigned Dr. Jason Miller to create the content side for the residents. I will create brief content for Gerrin for the establishment side and have her review the content for accuracy. I will add links from city and federal government resources on Food Safety and Foodborne Ilnesses for both residents and establishments.

Here's another resource: https://data.cityofchicago.org/Health-Human-Services/InspectionType-SuspectedFoodPoisoning/x5jd-pz9b. Shows all Food Inspections where the Inspection Type = "Suspected Food Poisoning", sorted by date.
