Test Enhancement to Classifier #64

This enhancement was developed by the winners of the UC Chicago Innovation Exchange's Healthy Chicago University Challenge: https://github.com/Urvashi3/FoodBorne-2.0-classifier

Columbia University is testing it for New York City Department of Health and Boston Children's is testing it for their classifier.

Unfortunately, we don't get any more tweets through the API... so there's no need to classify them.
