Incremental point concept

Extend Point concept with the possibility to specify 1 or more incremental named counters. Derives from another PointConcept, defining start date/time and period. Implemented using 'listener' on original concept changes. Introduces new methods in PointConcept to

• access the value of current period
• access the value of the past period
