Add filter for rules #61

In order to get a better usability for gamification engine console, in game details section could be useful to have filters for lists with many elements, in particular (for rules generations) in rules section. It's possible ?

I have also noticed that instead of an explicit filtering, could be useful also have a natural order (alphabetic one for example)

Not clear on what we can filter. On the name? Also it might be useful to order by creation/update time, name, etc.
