Added coinbase-prime-eth support for proof-of-reserves EA #3334

DO NOT MERGE until explicitly told

Added new input option for proof-of-reserves EA. It already has support of coinbse_prime EA but we want to deploy a feed which uses different instance of this EA, called coinbase_prime_eth. This is just a workaround as we need to deploy the feed ASAP
