Filter out addresses with zero balance from wBTC Address Sets.
- wBTC address API currently returns 4,988 addresses, of which only 384 actually have a balance.
- By filtering these addresses with no balance out we can reduce the size of response by 92%, and so also the size of the request to the por-indexer EA.
