Fix Tiingo AGEUR pair issue

Description

Changes

Use convertCurrency, baseCurrency & consolidateBaseCurrency instead of tickers for crypto and volume endpoints

Steps to Test

• Verified that btc -> usd still works
• Verified that aegur -> used does not work before and works after fix
