--tags not working (Lesson 7-7) #4655

I am following the video course and is now having issue on Lesson 7-7 Mocking & helper-hardhat. I followed everything, yet when I input "yarn hardhat deploy --tags mocks" command. It still report error on 01 file. It is supposed to deploy 00 file only. Why is this so?
