FAUCET_ERROR "insufficient funds for gas * price + value" -> plz send me test eth #1653

I'm unable to fund my MM account via the Rinkeby Faucet.

An "insufficient funds for gas * price + value" error persists.

Based on the recent merge please use Goerli instead.
