Added optional `--configpath` command argument

This PR adds support for the --configpath argument to the following commands:

• functions-simulate
• functions-request
• functions-deploy-auto-client
• functions-set-auto-request
• functions-build-request
• functions-build-offchain-secrets

This enables support for multiple config files in addition to the existing Functions-request-config.js file.
