  1. Update Functions Router for the Arbitrum Sepolia
  2. Update LINK/ETH Price feed contract address to Arbitrum Sepolia netwrok

Thanks for this @bsilagani - this is already under development on a separate branch and will be added soon.

Done in https://github.com/smartcontractkit/functions-hardhat-starter-kit/pull/210 as had to merge updates from the PR that updated contracts package to v1.0.0
