Fixes the typo in README on estimating gas #111

This change fixes the typo in the README file of the topic 'estimaging gas' to 'estimating gas'

thanks so much for raising this @Shams-kasozi. I think there's another mention of 'estimaging' in the readme. Can you also fix that typo in this PR? Then I'll merge the changes, thanks
