Remove hardcoded expiration time #3

For testing purpose and ease of copy/paste instructions, the expiration date has been hardcoded. This ticket is a reminder to remove that section and test to ensure all is working as expected.

I will need to update the Chainlink integration when this changes, as the contract API will change to accept the expiration parameter. Please notify me when this is closed.
