为什么在本地ganache部署，运行requestAndReadAPI.js 一直显示Sleeping for another 5 seconds...，无法调用成功

Why is the message Sleeping for another 5 seconds... displayed when running requestAndReadAPI.js in the local ganache deployment, and the call cannot be made successfully?
