Implemented operational requirements Banner is very useful, but not useable. Need improvement. Design set, requirements came from engagement.

Requirements Discovery Future of forum not fully identified yet. Guidance forthcoming via narrative forming.

User research initiative to drive UI/UX improvements.

forum improvement board already exists around what needs to be improved on a high level. @marvino3 is looking for this document.
