Description

This epic is the Strategic Community Design. This is the next step in crafting SCRF onboarding. For context, we addressed immediate needs at SCRF, which was streamlining the process for hiring and onboarding folks who will do paid work with SCRF (grants, bounties, full-time/ part-time). After we addressed this need, we began to look at how to onboard the community. will serve as the initial strategy and process of helping people join and become onboarded into the SCRF community. There are many tickets that are part of this Epic. These should be performed in this order and are largely dependent on the prior story.

Strategic community design & mission/vision/strategy work ongoing. This is what I will close out my time with SCRF with.

See attached for the presentation deck. Please use as reference for the future. Luman is a firm specializing in this kind of work. I received support in framing this problem and solution from them.

Process Modeling should be used to document all the processes built around operations and the community. I recommend using free software called Bizagi.
