Create User Journeys for Onboarding

This project aims to define better the user personas and user journeys of community members. What does the persona of industry and academia look like at a detailed level? What motivates them? Why are they here, and what are they looking for?

This was previously documented in an initial design of SCRF but should be reassessed due to the current growth, strategic redesign of the community, and after a new alignment and clarity around purpose/mission/vision and strategy.

It's my recommendation that someone with experience in user personas and user journeys pick up this ticket.

@zubepaul these are not my documents. They are with Eugene. I would get them from Eugene and add them to Engagement if needed.

I cannot move them without losing the live link. I would check with Eugene and Maria if you even need them going forward or if they should live with Discovery.
