Roadmap development

Working on a roadmap for SCRF. This includes creating a doc and a tracking spreadsheet to better understand all of the projects in flow and what the ultimate goal of those projects are.

Updating some initial document drafts to a point where we can share with the team. Reviewing with @ghettodev tomorrow

cleaning up the initial project list draft, meeting again to finish the list. the list we create will also be useful in terms of having a snapshot of all of the projects taking place here

working on have a presentation ready this week to share

presented parts of it. reviewed OKRs today. shooting to present it next week

parts of the presentation have been presented in the last three all hands Wed meeting. presenting it next Wed

a roadmap and budget have been developed. each core ops team member is now updating their mandate docs and once we review those, we will circle back to the full project list/roadmap and update appropriately

we (the core ops team) is currently working on updating the project list after our extended catch up last week. as a result, we started a core ops running task list where we are setting a list of what we want to work on through a given week and review the progress by the end of the week. from there we'll update the project list including all tracking docs and we will do another pass at updating the mandates (each team has presented in the PPP).

I did a budget revision and still need to update the written overview with some recent projects

We sent off the updated version and are waiting to set up a meeting with our funder to review. We are also going to link the projects in the project board for core projects to the overall vision as the next phase of roadmapping

I sent an email this week with some requested updates. Waiting to hear on next steps
