Had the final onboarding call with Nicholas recently and got passed along the customer success team for ongoing q's/issues. Still need to finalize getting older outreach into it. Starting to use CRM more actively on the individual contact level, still need to set up custom properties and workflows
Project Description
This card is to track the order, initial setup, onboarding, and full setup of the CRM tool (Hubspot). As of June 1st, the CRM has been ordered and I added a single contact.
