Implement a view list for contract (from Tools)

Here is a view of the list with contracts

Sorting part details :

There are 2 dropdowns

• “Trier par” possible values :

  • “Date de début”

  • “Donneur d’ordre”

• “Ordre” possible values :

  • “Ascendant”

  • “Descendant”

\ Searching part details:

I can select one of these three criteria :

• “Date de début”

• “Donneur d’ordre”

• “Description” \ \ Then I can select a comparative sign

• =

• >

• >=

• <

• >=

• <> \ \ And fill a text input \ \

Things to review:

• I experimented with merging the 2 sorting dropdowns together (using repeated ascending and descending options)
• I processed the searching part using a filter tag approach:
  • Do the donneur d’ordre and description criteria have a similar pattern with the comparitive signs?
• One concern I have is that the scroll view in the new implementation is quite narrow, I'll take a look to review this (I saw there is another issue concerning scrolling)

We got feedback from some developers and some of the product team members.

• Would it be possible to create another version of the screen where contracts would not be shown in two columns?

• About the information displayed:
  Dates are the most important information than others, therefore, could we highlight them?
  And the amount is not mentionned but that would be a plus. Would it be possible to add that to the view?

• About this question “Do the donneur d’ordre and description criteria have a similar pattern with the comparitive signs?” : · For “Donneur d’ordre” and description there is only these comparative signs : = <> “Contient” And : a text input for Description / a dropdown for Donneur d’ordre

• I made the cards 1 column
• As @Wolfr mentioned showing the contracts in a data grid / table would increase the usability of this screen, perhaps we could add a toggle to switch between a card view that is more visual and a table view?
• I have added the dates as a subline to give it more importance, what do you think?
• I have added an amount data point
• I have merged the content of the 2 navbars to increase the scroll area

Hello @emilyvandewalle Could you make another variant (I guess for both current view - list and grid) that would also include a "Duplicate" option (and not only modify, print, delete). This feature does not currently exist (whereas it exists in our other application - Desk) but it's been requested in the past and I'm thinking this should probably be part of the new "3in1".
I have no idea what kind of logo we could use for that though.

@Geraldineb1 Those screens are really just examples, with no real functionality backed in. So if we add a button, I think it won't prove much. Or do you really need an example with 4 buttons in a row to estimate if it looks good, or what is the reason ?

Anyway, if you really need it, I can provide it, I very much prefer that Emily keeps her time to do more interesting stuff that we can't do without her.

Hello @thusc Thanks for the feedback. I was asking because I'm pretty sure Emily has ideas about a logo for duplication, which I don't. Maybe you do too, and if that's the case, that's cool. Also, I was asking because I thought it might be usefull for Users Interviews and Users Research which I'm starting to think of, as the projects is moving forwards and already has a few screens. @thusc If you can provide it, I would appreciate it. Let me know if it's not the case.
