Remove function description from vignettes #23

We will remove the R documentation from the vignettes. It is an exact copy from the roxygen info.

This issue ( #23 ) and the issue 1 from precmed-vignettes repository seem to be the same issue https://github.com/smartdata-analysis-and-statistics/precmed-vignettes/issues/1

So I think issue #23 can be closed, because only the vignettes need to change, now that we know the vignettes r documentation is a copy of the roxygen documentation.
