Bug Report

Searchable choice sets should default not not displaying the keyboard. When the user selects the search field, then the keyboard should be displayed.

Reproduction Steps

Present a searchable choice set

Expected Behavior

The keyboard is not yet presented

Observed Behavior

The keyboard is presented, making it difficult to scroll the choice set
