Triggering a PTU will disable any connected cloud apps #161

Reproduction Steps
  1. Add a cloud app to manticore through the UI.
  2. Connect a TCP app.
Expected Behavior

Both apps remain in the app list.

Observed Behavior

The cloud app is removed from the app list and is disconnected from manticore.
