Manticore will now support SDL Core 8.2.0 and Generic HMI 0.13.0

Bug Fixes / Enhancements

• Manticore Supported Layouts - ONSCREEN_PRESETS

• Webengine apps do not reappear in the sidebar if the Manticore dev portal page refreshes

• Manticore cloud apps do not appear in sidebar if the page refreshes.

• Navigation-1 functional group missing OnTBTClientState

• Manticore webpage should automatically retrieve a user's instance after refreshing the browser
