HMI shows help items with choices data when Performinteraction request is not active #668

Precondition:

SDL and HMI are started
Mobile app is registered and activated
CreateInteractionChoiceSet is added

Steps to reproduce:

Start VR session
HMI shows help items according to added commands
Request PerformInteraction with VR_ONLY mode with the added choice set
Start VR session after PerformInteraction request processing is finished

Expected result:

Please notice this is a non-regression issue. It's also reproduced on release 5.6.0
