What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make a template that has all d widgets
2. create a user that has a role with limited no. of widgets
3. log in first time with that newly created user & it will get a clone of d
template.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
only widgets that the role have access but it gets all d widgets even when d
role has no access (as shown in the "add stuff" compared to what's in the
page/tab)
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
1. nothing to do with cache, i made sure the app pool is refreshed.
2. authentication for admin to create user is forms authentication.
3. authentication for new user is AD authentication
4. so i take it that what ever existing widgets u have on the page will not be
automatically removed when u cease to have "access" due to roles being removed
from the widgets
