I've updated the cartridge to Go v1.3.

Hello, how can I upgrade an existing application from go 1.2 to go 1.3? It is possible? Best regards.

I would look forward to a golang version bump from 1.2 to 1.3 since the Go Team just released v1.3.3... Since this is the default golang cartridge openshift seems to be using/suggesting - it would be great to have it updated.
