You readme states pip install python-libarchive.

This leads to some ancient package: https://pypi.org/project/python-libarchive/ (Jun 6, 2013).

Do you not publish your version on PyPI?

The newest version 4.0.0 has been published to PyPI. This version supports python 2 and 3.
