BOM not updated #10

While the repo is moving to 4.9.x versions, BOM is still at the 4.5 version

Just about to state the same thing. The BOM could really use some updating. If anyone has a list of most recent parts, I can make a nice list of it, and also put it up on the RepRap wiki.

I agree. I can't tell what parts I need to get for this anymore.
