Would this inject audio over MOST25 network for nonspecific vehicles? Or exclusive to Land Rover MOST25? I plan for Audi with USB OTG android interface. i use auxiliary input currently.

It's specific only for Freelander2

Hello, in short, no, only some jlr models have support. The firmware supports next MOST-devices :

8 and 12 channels amplifiers 6H52-18C808-XX, uses in lr freelander2 and jaguar xf
radio unit 6G9N-18C815-XX , uses in lr freelander2 and jaguar xf
12 and 16 channels amplifiers XXXX-19C164-XX(AUD3-XX), uses in lr freelander2, some jaguar models, range rover IV, range rover evoque
radio unit IAM2.1, uses in some jlr and volvo models

Hello! Is only the firmware specific to jlr models? And the hardware can be used in other vehicles by writing other firmware?

Hello, yes the firmware is jrl specific, but hardware can be used with any MOST25 devices

Hello, without access to the car is not realistic

I'm curious - Is it possible to make a remote access? Some form of a translator the MOST bus into internet and back? And control information of course
